The issue was not about the size, the problem is that you changed a 30 ,00 dollar fee for return the boot , that didn’t fit me and I was not sure the getting a small size will do because I thought to go to the shop and try them in person, but after the charging fee Made me realise I will not do business with you company anymore

There is no restocking fee to exchange an item for a different size, and we would have been more than happy to exchange the boots for another size so you could find the right fit. We also offer the option of store credit, which does not incur the 10% restocking fee. The 10% processing/restocking fee only applies when a customer chooses to return an item for a refund. This is outlined in our Returns Policy and Terms & Conditions on our website and helps cover the costs associated with processing and shipping the original order. We certainly appreciate that our returns policy may differ from those of other retailers, and we’re sorry that the refund option and associated fee left you feeling disappointed.
