Sharni is the ultimate decision maker, big-picture thinker, and the one steering the ship (even if she’s not always physically on deck). If there’s a plan, a pivot, or a “we’re doing this now,” it’s come from her.

Known for being away… quite a lot… Sharni has mastered the fine art of running a business from a distance. Whether it’s meetings, missions, or mysterious boss-level duties, she somehow keeps everything moving without being in the room.

Chief Everything Officer

If something needs doing, Alana has probably already done it… and fixed three other things along the way. From the big jobs to the “how did this become my problem?” moments, she’s the glue holding it all together.

Best identified by her highly infectious laugh, Alana can usually be heard before she’s seen — keeping morale high while quietly running half the operation behind the scenes

Head of Parcel Perfection

Minnie is the reason your order arrives looking like it was packed by someone who actually cares (because she does). Fast, efficient, and mildly unstoppable, she keeps the whole operation moving.

Outside of work, Minnie specialises in collecting horses like some people collect shoes — except they eat more and require significantly larger storage. If there’s a spare paddock anywhere, she’s probably already filled it.

Master of All

Cassie is the extra set of hands you didn’t know you needed - jumping in wherever required and somehow being good at all of it. From helping out to taking over, she keeps things ticking along behind the scenes.

Also responsible for making sure we never run out of anything… ever. If there’s a way to order it, Cassie has probably ordered too much of it - but honestly, we’re not complaining.

If it’s on the website, April put it there. New products, updates, tweaks — she’s the reason everything looks like a well-oiled machine instead of complete chaos.

Powered almost entirely by coffee, April can usually be found somewhere between her third and fifth cup, casually uploading products and making it all look easy. Remove the coffee, and operations may slow… significantly.

Marketing Manager & Resident Mumma Bear

Lisa is the brains behind the marketing - from emails to campaigns to making sure everything looks as good as it possibly can. If something caught your eye or convinced you to click “add to cart,” she’s probably responsible.

As the team’s unofficial Mumma Bear, Lisa looks out for everyone and is always there for a heart-to-heart - no appointment required.
