Known for being away… quite a lot… Sharni has mastered the fine art of running a business from a distance. Whether it’s meetings, missions, or mysterious boss-level duties, she somehow keeps everything moving without being in the room.

Manager & Chief Good-Vibes Officer

Gabby helps keep the NZ Tack crew organised, the store running smoothly and somehow still manages to bring plenty of laughs along the way. 

Bubbly, fun and always up for a chat, she’s right at home in the equestrian world too, spending plenty of her spare time involved with Pony Club alongside her daughter.

Admin Extraordinaire & Chief Order Chaser

Usually found somewhere behind a computer screen, Alana keeps the behind-the-scenes side of NZ Tack ticking along. 

From admin and emails to ordering stock, dealing with suppliers and chasing up all those “where on earth is that?” orders, she’s our go-to for getting things sorted. If something needs ordering, chasing, fixing, finding or figuring out… chances are Alana is already onto it.

Website Updater & Professional Button Clicker

If it’s on the website, April probably put it there. New products, updates and tweaks are her domain 

Powered almost entirely by coffee, April can usually be found somewhere between her third and fifth cup, casually uploading products. Remove the coffee, and operations may slow… significantly.

Reception Queen & First Point of Call

Minnie is one of the friendly faces (and voices!) at reception, helping keep everything ticking along and pointing people in the right direction. 

Whether she’s answering the phone, helping customers or keeping on top of the day-to-day chaos, she keeps the front end ticking along and the rest of us somewhat organised.

Saturday Sidekick & Master of All

Cassie may have escaped the full-time chaos, but we haven’t let her get away completely. You’ll find her here on Saturdays and popping in to cover when we need an extra pair of hands. 

Having done pretty much everything around here at some point, she’s still our resident Master of All and can be thrown into just about anything without too much warning

Parcel Packer & Professional Box Tetris Player

Amelia is one of the busy bees behind the scenes, picking, packing and sending your NZ Tack goodies out the door. 

She spends her days surrounded by boxes, courier bags and packing tape, somehow making everything fit and getting orders on their way to you 

Directors of Treat Acquisition & Workplace Disruption

The real bosses of NZ Tack. Responsible for looking cute, demanding snacks and conducting highly important security checks on anyone who dares enter the premises. 

Productivity is questionable, treat consumption is excessive, and neither has answered a single email
