Our hours are Monday - Friday 9am to 4pm and Saturdays 9am-3pm. We also offer Click and Collect via our after hours collection box, just select "Pick-Up" at checkout and we will email our with collection instructions.

Flat Rate Shipping (via Post Haste):

• North Island: $10 (1-2 working days)
• South Island: $18 (2-3 working days)
• Rural Surcharge: +$5 (extra time may apply)

Yes! You can pick up from our Tauranga store. Please select "Pick up" at checkout to avoid shipping costs, and we will email through collection instructions.

Orders are generally delivered on the overnight courier to North Island addresses and take around two days for those in the South Island. Orders received before 1.30pm are typically sent the same day.

Please allow an extra day or two if you are rural and understand that orders may take a little longer around public holidays. We use NZ Post and Post Haste for deliveries.

We offer 30 days Returns and Exchanges on all products in new resalable condition with original packaging and labels, with a receipt or proof of purchase. Gift cards are not returnable. See our policy.

If you would like to Return or Exchange an item, please login to your account and select "Request Return" on the order you wish to Return or Exchange then follow the return instructions.

Return and exchanges are processed within 2 working days.
