Shipping & Pickup Information

Flat Rate Shipping via Post Haste (Excludes Feed):

• North Island: $10 (1-2 working days)
• South Island: $20 (2-3 working days)
• Rural Surcharge: +$6 (extra time may apply)

Orders placed before 1 PM are usually shipped the same day.

Click & Collect:

• Free 24/7 pickup via our after-hours collection box.
• Instructions will be emailed when your order is ready.

Special Order Items

• Some times are ordered directly from our supplier once your order is placed and are not held in our warehouse
• Please refer to the estimated dispatch date shown on the product page for the current lead time. These dates are approximate and are based on information provided by our suppliers
• As these items are supplied to order, dispatch times cannot be expedited or hurried
• If your order contains both in-stock and Special Order Items, your order will be shipped once all items have arrived, unless alternative arrangements have been made.
