The Penny Women's High-Rise Bootleg Jeans are a high-rise design with a bootleg flair. Sitting just above the belly button, these jeans fit snugly through the waist, hips, and thighs before gracefully flaring from the knee. Crafted from a durable cotton blend, these jeans offer breathability with a slight stretch for freedom of movement. Tips for Choosing a Winter Rug Weight
