Most Carhartt styles have a relaxed, generous cut, so if youāre between sizes or prefer a trimmer fit, we recommend sizing down. Only size up if you plan to layer heavily underneath.

As a general guide, a healthy unclipped horse with shelter usually doesn't need a winter rug until it feels colder than about 5 Ā°C, but always adjust for your horseās individual needs.
