A daily spritz that repels fleas and freshens the dog at the same time — Minty Woodland Fresh, which is a considerable improvement on wet dog.
It goes on the coat, and it also goes on the bedding, the couch and wherever else the dog has made its own. Flea control is an ongoing job, and something you'll actually use every day beats something perfect you use twice a year.
What's in it
Water, Manuka and Kanuka hydrosols, neem oil, and pure essential oils of cedarwood, rosemary, lemongrass, thyme and peppermint. No synthetics.
How to use it
Shake, then spray onto the coat — one or two squirts for a small dog, six or more for a big one. For an anxious dog, spray into your hands and work it through the coat instead.

The thermoneutral zone is the temperature range where the body can maintain its core temperature with little to no extra energy expenditure. For humans, this range is quite narrow at 21–28 °C, but for horses it’s much broader at 5–25 °C.
This difference means we should avoid rugging horses based on how cold we feel. Over-rugging can lead to serious health issues, including metabolic problems and thermoregulatory dysfunction.
Tips for Choosing a Winter Rug Weight

Clipped horses may need a heavier gram fill to stay comfortable.

Remember: horses warm themselves more easily than they cool down under a rug. If unsure, choose a lighter rug.
