MetaboLize® is a flavonoid-based supplement designed to support horses with metabolic challenges. It helps promote healthy glucose metabolism, proper fat distribution, nutrient absorption, and gut health.

What makes MetaboLize® unique is its use of flavonoids - plant-derived compounds naturally found in fruits, herbs, and vegetables. Flavonoids act as potent antioxidants and support normal inflammatory, immune, and metabolic responses.

These compounds were once abundant in the diverse plants wild horses foraged but are now largely missing from modern diets. By restoring this missing link, MetaboLize® supports resilience from the inside out

Ingredients:

MetaboLize® is a proprietary blend of natural plant based flavonoid extracts consisting of dihydromyricetin, quercetin and chlorogenic acid, plus Saccharomyces cerevisiae Prebiotic.

MetaboLize® is manufactured under GMP certification, with every batch undergoing rigorous testing and validation prior to release to ensure consistent quality and compliance with substance levels of detection established by NZ Thoroughbred Racing, NZ Harness Racing, FEI, and other equestrian governing bodies.

This process ensures that MetaboLize® is competition safe and can be used responsibly in line with racing rules, FEI regulations, Equestrian Sports NZ guidelines, and other agricultural and equestrian event requirements. Further, it additionally ensures that it does not contain caffeine in any amount which would be unsafe for horses or be in violation of any testing regime.

To further support riders, trainers, and owners, we recommend a 48-hour withholding period prior to competition and racing. This precaution is not because MetaboLize® exceeds thresholds, but to provide an additional margin of safety that accounts for individual horse variation, regulatory differences, and evolving testing standards.

How to use:

Feed horses up to 400kg 1 scoop per day (3 grams) and 2 scoops if horses over 400kg.

MetaboLize® is a naturally vibrant-coloured plant-based powdered feed supplement that is added to your horse’s normal feed. You can mix it with any oils, add to your wet feeds, or mix through your feed and wet down. MetaboLize® is well tolerated by horses and can simply added to their existing feed ratio.

Competition Withholding Period

1. Product Use & Withholding Period MetaboLize®is a plant-based supplement that may contain trace amounts of naturally occurring compounds, such as caffeine. If your horse is participating in a race or competitive event, a minimum 48-hour withholding period must be observed before the event. This requirement supports compliance with zero-tolerance anti-doping rules and aligns with relevant regulatory guidelines.

2. Statutory Guarantees We comply with all guarantees required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). These include assurances that MetaboLize®is of acceptable quality, is fit for its intended purpose, and matches its advertised description.

3. Limitation of Liability Where MetaboLize®is supplied for commercial use(such as in racing or competition) and not typically acquired for personal, domestic, or household use, section 64A of the ACL allows us to limit our liability for breaches of consumer guarantees. In these cases, our liability-where fair and reasonable-may be limited to: • Replacement of the product, or supply of an equivalent; or • Payment of the cost of replacement, or of acquiring an equivalent product.

4. Commercial Use Responsibilities By using MetaboLize®, you acknowledge and agree that: • If you are using the product in a commercial context, not for personal, domestic, or household purposes, then: • You are responsible for adhering to all product instructions, including the required withholding period before competition. • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from a failure to follow these instructions. • To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss or claim related to product contamination.

5. Regulatory Compliance You are responsible for ensuring that the use of MetaboLize®complies with all applicable racing and competition rules, including those set by local and national authorities.
