A natural-source, water-soluble vitamin E for horses. The point of difference is absorption — liposome encapsulation and nanodispersion make it rapidly available, which matters when you're supplementing for a reason and a time frame.
Why vitamin E
It's a core part of the body's antioxidant defences and plays a role in immune, cardiovascular, circulatory, neuromuscular and reproductive function. Horses get it from fresh green grass — so the ones most likely to be short are the ones eating the least of it.

Recommended for
Race and performance horses in intense work; horses recovering from illness or injury; before or after weaning, travel or other stress; horses with neurological or neuromuscular disease; and horses in confinement or without access to fresh green grass.
Dose
4 to 12ml (1000–3000 IU) daily, or as directed by your vet or nutritionist. For extra cover before a competition or stressful event, 12 to 20ml (3000–5000 IU) six to twelve hours beforehand.

The thermoneutral zone is the temperature range where the body can maintain its core temperature with little to no extra energy expenditure. For humans, this range is quite narrow at 21–28 °C, but for horses it’s much broader at 5–25 °C.
This difference means we should avoid rugging horses based on how cold we feel. Over-rugging can lead to serious health issues, including metabolic problems and thermoregulatory dysfunction.
Tips for Choosing a Winter Rug Weight

Clipped horses may need a heavier gram fill to stay comfortable.

Remember: horses warm themselves more easily than they cool down under a rug. If unsure, choose a lighter rug.

Check your horse regularly to make sure they are neither too hot nor too cold.

Consider your horse’s age and natural ability to stay warm.

As a general guide, rugging is usually appropriate when temperatures drop below 5–10 °C, but always adjust for your horse’s individual needs.
