Why use it?
Lam X Liquid for horses, ponies, and donkeys is carefully formulated to help maintain and support a healthy circulatory system. It promotes increased blood flow to the extremities and the laminae, supports the removal of toxins from the body, and is particularly beneficial for animals prone to laminitis.
This fast-absorbing liquid supplement contains natural herbs such as Hawthorn and Prickly Ash bark, which are known for their circulatory benefits. Together, these ingredients help ensure the circulatory system remains healthy and efficient, supporting overall wellbeing and mobility.
For horses needing additional joint support, Lam X Liquid can be safely used alongside our Releaf Liquid, providing a comprehensive approach to both circulatory and joint health.

What’s in it?
Tincture of Prickly Ash bark, Bilberry fruit, Chamomile flowers, Nettle leaf, Hawthorn berries, Celery seed, Burdock root and Apple Cider Vinegar.
How do I use it?
Add to feed daily. Where possible, split the required amount across two feeds. Liquid supplements can be syringed directly into the mouth if, for example, no feed is given. Please allow up to a month for full benefits to be seen.

The thermoneutral zone is the temperature range where the body can maintain its core temperature with little to no extra energy expenditure. For humans, this range is quite narrow at 21–28 °C, but for horses it’s much broader at 5–25 °C.
This difference means we should avoid rugging horses based on how cold we feel. Over-rugging can lead to serious health issues, including metabolic problems and thermoregulatory dysfunction.
Tips for Choosing a Winter Rug Weight

Clipped horses may need a heavier gram fill to stay comfortable.

Remember: horses warm themselves more easily than they cool down under a rug. If unsure, choose a lighter rug.

Check your horse regularly to make sure they are neither too hot nor too cold.

As a general guide, rugging is usually appropriate when temperatures drop below 5–10 °C, but always adjust for your horse’s individual needs.
