Resizing bands are small foam bands that you can put on the inside of your hat to reduce the size of your hat. It is usually placed at the front or back of the hat or you might need more than one. Once it is in the required place, just peel the back off and stick down under the band. Push down and compress the spacer down a bit then you're ready to wear your new hat.
