A liquid probiotic for dogs — the canine version of the EquineCare gut range, same thinking, different animal.
It works by putting billions of beneficial microbes into the gut so they outcompete the ones causing trouble. What owners tend to notice first is better digestion and a lot less wind. Nutrient absorption and immune function follow on from a settled gut rather than being separate jobs.
Worth knowing
- Pairs with the GUT Prebiotic — the prebiotic creates the environment, the probiotic supplies the microbes. They do more together than either does alone.
- 250ml runs roughly 6 months for a small dog, 3 months for a medium to large one.
- Natural formula, no synthetics or fillers.
Mix through the daily feed. Shake before use and keep it out of direct sun.

The thermoneutral zone is the temperature range where the body can maintain its core temperature with little to no extra energy expenditure. For humans, this range is quite narrow at 21–28 °C, but for horses it’s much broader at 5–25 °C.
This difference means we should avoid rugging horses based on how cold we feel. Over-rugging can lead to serious health issues, including metabolic problems and thermoregulatory dysfunction.
Tips for Choosing a Winter Rug Weight

Clipped horses may need a heavier gram fill to stay comfortable.

Remember: horses warm themselves more easily than they cool down under a rug. If unsure, choose a lighter rug.
