An excellent choice for daily yard work and ridden outings, the Acento paddock boots are carefully crafted from high-quality synthetic materials to bring you an affordable, everyday, short riding boot. With the traditional look and feel of classic leather, these synthetic paddock boots have the added benefit of reduced maintenance and easy care.
Elasticated laces, elastic side panels and rear zip fastenings offer easy fitting and removal. The snap fastened zip guard is embellished with a tonal PE branded badge. Anatomically designed to reduce strain on the foot from the impact of walking, the moulded sole provides targeted support in the heel, bridge, and ball of the foot, absorbing shock and providing lasting comfort on the yard and in the saddle.

The thermoneutral zone is the temperature range where the body can maintain its core temperature with little to no extra energy expenditure. For humans, this range is quite narrow at 21–28 °C, but for horses it’s much broader at 5–25 °C.
This difference means we should avoid rugging horses based on how cold we feel. Over-rugging can lead to serious health issues, including metabolic problems and thermoregulatory dysfunction.
Tips for Choosing a Winter Rug Weight
