Step-by-Step Guide to Measuring Your Head

Use a flexible tape measure (or string and a ruler).

Place the tape 1 cm above your eyebrows and ears, where your hat will sit.

Wrap it evenly around the widest part of your head, keeping it level.

Read your measurement in centimetres or inches.

Compare it to a western hat size chart (see below).

👉 Tip for New Zealand customers: If your size falls between two numbers, always choose the larger size. You can adjust a slightly bigger western hat with sizing tape or pads.
