Availability
The majority of our products are held in stock and ready for dispatch.
Items marked “Special Order Item” are sourced from our suppliers specifically for you at the time of purchase, allowing us to offer an extended range.
Dispatch Timeframes
For Special Order Items, an estimated dispatch date is provided on the product page, at checkout, and within your order confirmation.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this timeframe.
Orders within this period are considered on schedule.
Supplier Fulfilment
We maintain daily stock updates from our suppliers; however, supplier availability can occasionally change without notice.
If a product becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled, we reserve the right to:
- Cancel the order and provide a full refund
Where possible, we will endeavour to offer an alternative of equal or greater value.
Agreement
By placing an order, you agree to:
- The distinction between in-stock and Special Order Items
- The stated dispatch timeframes
- Potential supplier-related delays or changes
