We don't currently offer collection from our warehouse

Nope! At NZ Tack, our customers come first, which is why we offer free shipping on all orders, even those heading to rural addresses!

Orders are generally delivered on the overnight courier to North Island addresses and take around two days for those in the South Island. Orders received before noon are typically sent the same day.

Please allow an extra day or two if you are rural and understand that orders may take a little longer around public holidays. We use NZ Post for all deliveries.

Yes, no problem! We offer 60-day returns and exchanges on all covers in new, resalable condition with the original packaging. If you would like to make a return or exchange, please email us at sales@nztack.co.nz and we will send you a prepaid label to print and attach to your cover. We will send your replacement cover or issue your refund once we receive your cover.

We offer a 1 year guarantee on waterproofing and seams/stitching. If you have received a faulty rug, please email us at sales@nztack.co.nz with detailed photos showing the fault. Please let us know if you would prefer a refund or replacement.

No, we don't. We only offer click & collect at our Tauranga based warehouse and all orders must be made and paid for online before collection.
